By accessing or using DataDriven ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

DataDriven is an interactive learning platform for SQL, Python, and data engineering skills. The Service includes lessons, coding challenges, interview practice, and skill assessments delivered through web and mobile applications.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may not maintain more than one account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the code execution environment for any purpose other than completing challenges
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service

Intellectual Property

All lesson content, challenge designs, and platform code are the property of DataDriven. You retain ownership of code you write within the editors. You may not redistribute lesson content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. DataDriven is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
